VIDEO: Inside L’Oréal’s ‘Dynamic Office’

The office at L’Oréal’s Charles Zviak campus in Clichy, France was deisgned to foster cooperation and employee well-being, according to the beauty giant.  Opened about a year ago, the “Dynamic Office” concept was connected, structured and organized so employees can work whenever and wherever they choose depending on their needs.

Informal meetings and exchanges among employees are multiplying, leading to more innovation, creativity and co-development, according to the company.
